About London Photoshoot
An independent comparison of the private photography sessions you can book in London — Westminster landmark shoots, Tower Bridge routes, Notting Hill streets, family sessions and cinematic couple shoots. We read the operators' own listings, official visitor information and recent traveller feedback. We do not operate or personally conduct these sessions, employ no photographers and hold no bookings. Every session sits on the London photoshoot comparison, and each number carries the month it was last read.
Why this site exists
Search for a photographer in London and the price answers land between $108 and $305 for what the listings all call the same thing: a private photoshoot. The difference is not quality — it is what you actually receive. One session hands back 8 edited images. Another hands back 200. One delivers within 48 hours, another within two to four weeks. One is non-refundable, the rest cancel free 24 hours ahead.
Putting those differences next to the price, in one table, is the whole job of this site.
Where the facts come from
Package prices, session lengths, ratings, review counts, photo counts, delivery windows and cancellation terms are read off each operator's own listing, in US dollars, on the date printed on the page. Listings checked: August 2026.
Location rules — Royal Parks permits, the GLA squares, private estates around Tower Bridge and the residential streets of Notting Hill — are checked against the landowners' own published guidance and dated where they appear. Traveller feedback reviewed: several hundred verified reviews across the listed sessions, all quotes dated and rated four or five stars.
What the marketplace price does not cover
The sessions on this page are marketplace bookings. Independent London portrait photographers list from about $325 a session, and London portrait collections from established studios start around £450 — a different product, with a longer shoot, a styling conversation and a slower, heavier edit. If that is what you are after, this site is not the shortest route to it, and we say so on the pages where it matters.
What we do not do
We do not take photographs, sell sessions, process payments, or handle rescheduling and refunds — the booking platform and the photographer named on your confirmation do all of that. We have not personally shot with these operators; where a page describes how a session unfolds, that description comes from the listing text and dated traveller reviews, and is written to be checkable against both.
How the site pays for itself
Booking links here are affiliate links. If you book through one, the platform pays this site a commission at no extra cost to you. The commission does not vary by photographer, so it gives us no reason to rank one session above another — the ordering is by price and the verdicts come from the listings' own numbers.
The full policy is on the affiliate disclosure page.
Corrections
If a price has moved, a session has changed what it includes, or a location rule has been updated since our last check, tell us and we will re-read the listing and correct the page.
